What do I need to get started?
An AttendancePulse workspace, a workplace location and employees with smartphones. Set up your QR poster and approve employee phones before the first check-in.
How does QR + device + location verification work?
An employee scans your workplace QR code using their approved phone. AttendancePulse checks the location against your workplace geofence before recording attendance.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. Assign employees to locations and use location-specific QR codes. Owners and managers can review attendance across their permitted locations.
Is salary calculation included?
It is optional. Choose Attendance + Salary for monthly salary calculations, approved overtime and adjustments. It is not a full payroll, payslip or statutory compliance suite.
How does pricing work for a growing team?
The base price covers up to 10 employees. Attendance adds ₹80 per extra employee per month; Attendance + Salary adds ₹110. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Do I pay when registering?
No payment is collected on the registration form. New workspaces are reviewed before activation. Choose and pay for a subscription from your workspace when you are ready.
Can employees see salary information?
No. Salary information and calculation tools are restricted to authorized organization owners and admins.
Are face kiosks and biometric devices available?
Face kiosk and biometric attendance are planned for a later commercial release. The initial offering focuses on QR codes, approved phones and location verification.
